The reason I am addressing this now, is because of the overwhelm of the masses who are bringing these unfounded concerns to my doorstep, so to speak. Today I got a call from a relative who does not believe in the “doom and gloom” but, after having been on the receiving end of friends and co-workers who are truly concerned about 2012, she wanted to get my feedback as to what I felt would happen.

The stream of information and energy in expressing and extinguishing any sense of fear or doubt came through me instantaneously. Although I have no recollection of what They said to my relative, the following message is Guidance via the Counsel of Light, as channeled, in Service, via my Higher Self’s consciousness:

Those who are existing in the thought form and timeline of 2012 “doom and gloom” will only continue to perpetuate the separation and fear-based programming of the dark forces. You have been gifted with a tremendous wave of Cosmic Light energies to assist in shifting the Earth’s energies to Ascend–to come to a timeline of enlightenment and Unity Consciousness based in love, compassion and Oneness. Density is dropping out as humanity raises their vibrations, aligning with self-soul-awareness, essentially cleansing and clearing the Lightbody… re-connecting with the Divine God-Source Light.

This process of raising the Earth’s vibration is achieved through a collective effort, awareness and anchoring of energies and consciousness in Unity Consciousness. Bridging the gap of division between humanity and divinity–bridging human beings with their own soul light/vibration.

This is not a difficult task and can be easily integrated purely through clear intent and the will and commitment to “do the work”… the work being mindfulness… being consciousness… being present and aware–from the inside, out.

There will be 3D losses, as there always has been. The Earth has always shifted and changed and evolved, it is how Gaia operates. By shifting your individual consciousness and connecting to the collective, embracing the Divinity with-In, you are joining the uplift of energies in support of a transformed and enlightened New Earth-timeline.

The world will change. People will die. This is not something new, this is part of the Earth-life-cycle. As carbon-based density continues to “drop out”, crystalline based light and creation energies will support, encourage and uplift all that is in alignment with Source-Light… including the possibility potential of reversing the aging-process. This is a pure quantum based science, this is not myth or pure esoteric “lore”.

The world, as you know it, will come to an end–it is already in the death cycle… but realize that the re-birth, should you choose  to align with this timeline, is a Life cycle… a Light cycle, and one based in Unity Consciousness and Enlightenment. Won’t you join this New Earth Timeline? This Divine Crystal Planet, in alignment with Universal Light–this is the Earth that We offer to you to connect with and to manifest… it is an inevitability, all you have to do is say “Yes”.

In terms of areas of concerns… the state of the economy:
The current financial system is still locked into the old paradigm. It is failing because the energies being pushed forth are purging these outdated and dense-based (dark-based) systems of corruption and mismanagement. The Light Counsel does not support the dark-based system of separation and this “unrest” being experienced, is proof as such. Do not fear the fall-out. It is a necessary process in order to release humanity of the dark forces controlling the financial system–it is an outdated system and does not serve the Highest Good. It is obsolete and therefore will drop out, in its place will be an opportunity for understanding and re-building. A new system is being implemented and will come into manifestation in time. Align with the healing and cleansing of the “state of the economy” and it shall be, as it is in transformation… Collapse before Expanse.

Regarding weather disturbances:
Yes, the Earth is experiencing extreme waves of change and growth–go back to basics… go back TO Mother Earth, TO Gaia. What is Your relationship with Mother Gaia? Are you in relationship with Mother Earth? While you may not be one of those who have been called to sow seeds of nurturing with the Earth, understand and re-build your relationship with Her. Support those who know this particular relationship with Her… for She is Our Divine Mother in physical manifestation. She needs our Love and Care just as much as we need Hers.

Much of the severe weather disturbances are causing humans to Unite. Again, another necessity in bringing Unity Consciousness and Awareness to the attention of the masses. Shift any “devastation” thoughts into a position of opportunity, to go back to basics and to support and love one another. Being open to Divine interpretation of All that Is and All that Will Be can ease such transitional situations. Holding space in that All Needs ARE met during times of supposed “crises” will assist in manifesting that which is needed should such moments arise.

Remember, change is imminent… complete and total destruction is not on the agenda, at least not in the New Earth Timeline. Therefore, perpetuate a position of Light, of Unity Consciousness and Enlightenment. Your reality is shaped and based on your perception of the truth–your truth is based in free will and the ability to choose which path, which timeline, you are engaging in.

Many Lightworkers and StarBeings are awakening–many have already been doing “the work”… have been traveling the planet and planting Seeds of Light to nurture, nourish and manifest this New Earth Timeline. These Servants of Light are assisting your brothers and sisters in their awakening processes–reach out to them for they are making themselves known at this time and during this state of urgency. There are waves of opportunity but the thresholds are getting further and further apart the longer you wait.

As Kapualani says, you are standing on a platform at a train station… the Universe isn’t going to wait–if you have one foot on the train and another foot on the platform, you will be ripped in half, so make a choice and commit to it NOW. There isn’t any time to waste so stop wasting it.

If you want to live in fear, that is your choice and your reality and consequence to live with. If you want to live in peace and prosperity, that is also your choice and your reality and gift to embrace and thrive with-In.

2012 brings with it much change–this much is true… however, the outcome of your reality depends entirely upon you. Own your Self, own your Light and you will be fully empowered to shape and manifest a Life of Prosperity, Joy and Abundance… as made manifest in the New Earth Timeline, the 5D, the Beyond.

On NYE, 2011, I participated in Meg Benedicte‘s Group Vortex Meditation. The meditation was incredible–we went through the stargates and I found myself, smack dab in the center of my people (yet another group of “my people” ) in the Pleiades. I can’t even tell you how many of them there were, all I know is that they were sending me these gorgeous vogel crystals of light and energy.

I saw “new” codings, sacred geometry, etc, swirling around me, creating this intergalactic tapestry of information and energy to be absorbed and brought back to Earth to share and to anchor in.

Immediately after the meditaiton I went to the shoppe… All morning I heard my friend’s name blaring in my head, “Sam. Sam. Sam…” over and over again. Samuel Bowling, also a healer and psychic, is a dear friend–he and I instantly connected when we met. I was invited to a few gatherings for NYE but my Guides kept telling me, “No. You’re doing something with Sam.”

So I get to the shoppe and I’m waiting for it… I see Sam and he says, “So, what are we doing tonight?” I laugh and say “I don’t know, what are we doing?”… after some conversation, I mentioned something about Mount Shasta… then Sam says, “Are we supposed to go to Shasta tonight?” and I say, “Yes.” Three hours later we were on the road.

Long story short, it was INCREDIBLE. I did some work on the mountain in addition to being worked on (Thank You Family & Spirit!)… went through a purification process–via a natural hot springs mineral bath and a crystal bowl sound healing demo… MAGIC…

Which leads me to the Now…

I have noticed, even since last year, that things are getting much more “pronounced” for Us. If something wasn’t “working” in your life before and you haven’t shifted it or worked on it, it will be even MORE glaringly obvious now. The Universe is done with asking us to relinquish that which does not Serve our Highest Good–what I mean to say, is that we are now being urged and practically PUSHED to LET GO or get sucked under the tidal wave and be pushed back out into sea.

There is no room for dabbling any more. Make a choice. There is a definite line that has already been drawn in the sand, and now you must choose which side of the line you are standing on. Not in the sense of choosing “good” over “bad”, but rather in the sense of choosing to “Stay” where you are, on the platform OR to “Dance” in life… to get on the train and raise your vibration, raise your awareness and step fully into Your-Self, Mind, Body & Soul… Into your RainbowBody, into your LightBody–OWN yourself and BE the full and complete expression of YOU, affirming your place here on this planet… affirming your sovereign place IN YOUR BODY, completely.

Now you must be thinking, “Kapualani, what do you mean, ‘in my body’?” Think about it, how often do the wheels of your mind spin, incessantly? How often are you even aware of your own breath? How often are you wishing that you were somewhere else, even someone else? I won’t go into the mechanics of it all, but basically… when we incarnate into our lives/bodies, most of the time, we are rarely aligned in Mind, Body & Soul… We are made of Light, pure energy, trying to “fit” and “be” comfortable in a dense, human, 3D body (remember, we are interdimensional, not merely 3D beings) and, initially, it sucks! It’s painful and boring and annoying! (Hence never being satisfied, hence hurting ourselves and each other, etc etc…)

This is why we so often “check out”, as I call it… in other words, this is what prevents us from being fully Present and Aware. It can be a challenge, at first, to understand what it feels like to be completely in your body; but by working with the energies, clearing, cleansing and healing from the inside out, it suddenly becomes much more effortless…

2012 is a year for Awareness. Eyes will be opening, it may be a painful awakening, but it comes with deep Purpose. We are at a highly pivotal moment and compassion, awareness and transcendence are key in our interactions with each other. We must remember that there will be MUCH spinning out, acting out and being brought into Light. You can’t hide in the shadows anymore, nothing can. Whatever your Path may be, whatever Spiritual practice you may engage in, just know that you ARE supported, loved and guided… just know that you are not alone.

Please remember to be patient and compassionate with yourselves and with each other–especially in your relationships. I’ve been seeing the way people have been affected (and how they’re reacted) by the immense amount of Creation/Divine Goddess energy that we’ve been receiving from the cosmos, and it hasn’t been pretty. People are really struggling in the process of having to relinquish “old ways of being”… ways that no longer “work” or serve the Highest Good of Humanity… I guess I’ll refer to it as “growing pains” for now, but the point is… hold space for compassion and understanding–again, regarding yourself and, if you feel called to, regarding others as well.

It may be a difficult year, but if you choose to shift that which no longer serves your Highest Good, it can shape up to being an INCREDIBLE year… 2012 is Here… Now… and so are We! Embrace Light, Embrace this amazing opportunity to Shine, Embrace Each Other… We Are One. One Love!

“The Amazon shamans believe that when you clear all your chakras you acquire a “rainbow body.” Each center vibrates at its natural frequency, and you radiate the seven colors of the rainbow. According to legend, when you acquire the rainbow body you can make the journey beyond death to the Spirit world… When your chakras are clear you are no longer stalked by death. You are claimed by life, and therefore you can never be claimed again by death.”

When people ask me about my work as an Ascension Healer and Vortex Energy Worker, they sometimes have this glazed over look in their eyes that I totally sympathize with. I’ve noticed that many people, even those who consider themselves “spiritual”, are still reluctant about what I do, mainly because they’ve never heard of it.

The first thing I will say about this work is that it is NOT new! This energy is timeless, it always has been and always will be! Ancient and indigenous cultures have been accessing this energy since what seems like the beginning of time–so this is NOT some “new age” hokey pokey!

Some of the initial feedback (at least, the vibe that I pick up, intuitively) is that this work is just too esoteric–this could not be further from the truth. This type of energy work is actually measurable, it is an actual SCIENCE. Yes kids, I said it, Vortex Energy Work (and vortex energies, of course) is pure quantum physics.  Not to cheat or anything, but my dear friend and actually, the pioneer of Vortex Energy Work in the Unified Field, Meg Benedicte, breaks this down brilliantly on her website, New Earth Evolution.

I’ve always been drawn to swirling/swirls… Even as a teen, when I would sign my name, I’d dot my “i” with a swirl. Vortex mechanics are part of nature! The blatant evidence of this couldn’t be more obvious–the way water flows down a drain, tornados, hurricanes, etc…

How I came to “download” this modality is another story entirely, one that perhaps, I will save for another entry! But in a nutshell, I downloaded this information from my Guides. I have pages and pages of channeled notes describing how I could do this work remotely and in person… in sharing this news with my mentor, Kristani, she then said, “Wow, your work sounds a lot like what Meg Benedicte does. You should check her out.”

I didn’t even get to look into who Meg was or what she was about when I received an invitation to a New Moon gathering via a meetup group… I don’t normally read through these types of messages but my Guides insisted so I scrolled down and heard “Stop.” I look at the line They told me to stop at and right there, in front of my face read, “My good friend Meg Benedicte will be there!” That BLEW MY MIND. I thought “I didn’t even realize that Meg was in Los Angeles!”

Lo and behold, I went to the gathering and met Meg! Meeting her confirmed EVERYTHING for me–in addition, she made sense out of all of this information that I didn’t really understand but that I knew I could do and had been doing up until that point. I could describe the process visually but not scientifically, and I knew it was a science. Prior to all of this, my experience in Munay-Ki helped me in this journey (as I was already familiar with the Lightbody, in addition to the importance of cleansing/repairing and clearing the chakras). I had received my rites and had already activated my Lightbody, DNA and other dormant codes of light years ago, but now I was finally able to start working with it on a much deeper level!

When I work with clients, I assist them through guided meditation and/or via my own energetic transmissions (hands-on), in opening up and connecting with their own personal vortex energy fields. In this field, the intention is to exist in stillness (a non-polarized state). This is where the work can go even “deeper”–assisting individuals in releasing patterns, past life issues, ancestral/genetic ties, etc so that the individual may experience personal evolution and self-awareness. Opening up and unfolding, bridging the gap between their Humanity and Divinity, ultimately bringing about Wholeness and Unity of the Self into Unity Consciousness. This work assists us in breaking free of density (being locked into the 3D realm) and creating the shift toward transforming into multi-dimensional beings, aligning with Light.

The feedback that I have received from clients and those who’ve participated in my recent Group Vortex Energy Work session has been tremendous. One individual who’d never met me before the meditation said, “The only time I’ve ever experienced anything like that was when I was in Sedona.”

There are times when I feel that the world may not be ready for my work, but then I realize… how can they not be. This form of healing is limitless, transcendent and transformational. It is through this form of healing that we can access Universal energies, transmissions, frequencies and vibrations… thereby reminding us of our True Nature as Beings of Light.

I am humbled to be present to these energies and to this work and I sincerely look forward to Serving each and every individual who is called to receive it.

Psychics, however mystical and mysterious mainstream society paints us out to be, are, in fact just like everyone else—well, with the exception of a few obvious traits. (Insert chuckle here)

The reason I offered up this little pre-cursor is simply to let you know that you have nothing to fear. This is not like the movies! Yes, some of us utilize crystal balls, tarot and/or runes, etc. But, we are not the big, bad monsters waiting to douse you with doom and gloom! More often than not, we Intuitive Consultants provide our guests with relief! What a shock to the system, isn’t it? (Insert smile here)

Be aware that many psychics will continue to share the information coming through until or unless you interject (or of course, until the information “stream” is complete). Many psychics are mindful and are truly conscious to being of Service. Sometimes simply allowing them to Serve is all that is required of you. However, remember that although it is a mutual sharing of time, the reading is, essentially for you. It is wonderful to be open to receive any and all information coming through during your reading, but just remember that it is after all, your reading.

Keep in mind your initial reason(s) for seeing a psychic. This will assist you in staying on track during your reading. While it’s true, that sometimes the Universe has other information to offer you, it’s still good to be mindful about why you decided to get a reading in the first place.

Here are a few things to keep in mind when you go in for a reading:

1)  Like everyone else, psychics do not and cannot meddle with free will.
2) Like everyone else, psychics do not and cannot meddle with free will.
3) Like everyone else, psychics do not and cannot meddle with free will. (Hah!)
4) Psychics provide you with an outcome based on the path you are currently on—this is not necessarily an end all, be all situation. Your path can change.
5) Use your reading to your advantage—let the information you receive empower you!
6) HAVE FUN! It’s a psychic reading, enjoy it!

The most important thing to remember and to expect, is that Psychics are available to us as Servants and as Guides to assist us on our paths.

A good place to start, in all honesty, is by first selecting a psychic based on your own initial “gut reaction”. Follow your intuition. If there are ten psychics available and you get a “good vibe” on five out of ten, narrow it down by asking yourself a few questions:

1)    What questions do I have?
2)    What areas of my life do I want to look into?
3)    What do I hope to accomplish in my reading? (What do I hope to take away from my reading?)

In answering these questions, you can then start to read up on the Psychics who initially grabbed your attention. Read through their bios/information and compare their personalities, styles, techniques and experiences with your answers. Also, if available, read their testimonials for feedback from their clients—that way, you can get a better feel of who may best suit your needs.

More often than not, psychics will break down their areas of expertise—be it in matters of the heart, wallet etc. Again, keep in mind that your most powerful “tool” in making a final decision is You. Ask yourself which psychic appeals to you most—again, if you’re torn between two (or more), ask yourself why you gravitate to one versus the other.

The first time I went to a Psychic Fair, I was 15. There were so many psychics to choose from, I felt overwhelmed and almost de-sensitized to the entire experience. Being that my abilities as an empath, at the time, made me feel like a live, loose wire (practically schizophrenic), I really had a hard time discerning who to read with. However, before making a final commitment, I took a few deep breaths, scanned the room and narrowed my choices down.

I ended up taking a chance on two women. One was a psychic/tarot reader—she was beautiful, had a lovely display and a long list of people waiting to read with her. The other was a psychic who read runes—she was very motherly, grounded and reserved in her appearance and demeanor.

I can tell you that the readings from both of them were at opposite ends of the spectrum. The woman whom I thought would provide an excellent and highly accurate reading ended up giving me a sugarcoated version of the truth. Once I’d sat down with her and heard what she had to say, I immediately knew that she was merely trying to soften a hard blow by prettying up an unfavorable outcome (kind of like pumping someone up with false hopes)—frankly, doing me a disservice (in my humble opinion).

The woman whom I selected based purely on a feeling ended up breaking my question down to a point where… even though she knew that the outcome wasn’t something that I had hoped for, she still managed to leave me feeling “good” about the overall reading. Most importantly, I felt confident that her psychic reading was exactly what I needed to hear at that point in my life, no matter how sad I was about the outcome.

My point, in sharing my story with you, is that sometimes choosing a psychic can be as comparable to choosing a book based on its cover. Use your senses combined with your logic and do your best to release any feelings of overwhelm or uncertainty.

You wouldn’t guess that I’m an Intuitive Consultant (ok, “psychic”–but we’ve evolved in our views… it’s like referring to a secretary as an “administrative assistant”) if you met me on the street, but here I am!

As a Psychic and a Healer, I tend to hold a healing space energetically during my readings. It’s not something that I necessarily do “on purpose” it’s just something that I tend to do as it is in my nature to nurture. So take into consideration all of the information you are provided with in choosing your intuitive consultant.

While committing to one psychic during one session can seem like a big decision, just know that everything happens for a reason! The psychic whom you choose to read with, is exactly the right psychic for you at that moment in your life. Often we get in our own way when the Universe is attempting to Guide Us… allow yourself the opportunity to be Guided and you will do no wrong.

Finding the balance and figuring out how to apply reason and logic to “the unknown”—intuition, mysticism and/or what the eye could not see—was something of a passion of mine as a child. Relating science and quantum physics to spirituality and my own intuition (or “feeling”, as I identified it back then) was an ongoing process for me. I was very grounded in “reality” but also fixated on understanding the application of intuitive processes and how science (or hard evidence) could validate intuition. It’s a passion that drives me, even today.

My curiosity and interest in tarot, pendulums and crystals was something completely natural for me as well. In addition, my upbringing and understanding of spirituality as a Native Hawaiian (also influenced by Buddhist philosophies, the Craft, Greek mythology, etc.) offered a sense of comfort and trust in relating to “the unknown”. So in hindsight, I shouldn’t be surprised that I found my calling as a psychic and a healer in my adult life. In some ways, it was “only natural”… in other ways, I never would have dreamed that I could have evolved to where I currently am in my life.

It makes sense, in that I was also fascinated with the human psyche. Growing up, I always studied human behavior—I always wondered why people did the things that they did and how they became who they were. Throughout high school I not only read up on psychology but I studied it in school as well. I had an obsession with dream interpretation and analysis as well as deeper messages and symbolism in every day life.

My teachers felt that I would make a wonderful psychotherapist—I was confident that I would too. But I was also of the mindset that the “science” of psychology was too limited by rules and agendas, so when I went to college I passed up the chance to delve deeper into the topic.

My point in sharing this is to give you a broader understanding of how I work and how I approach my psychic sessions with clients. Although I wouldn’t necessarily refer to myself as Jungian, I definitely will say that much of the way I approach human behavior (in my humble observations) is quite Jungian. Pairing this form of observation with my intuitive gifts are basically what shape the foundation of how I read clients.

(By the way, please do not interpret this as an implication that I am, by any means, a qualified psychotherapist/psychologist and/or licensed medical/healthcare professional—I am not!)

Combining these traits with my abilities and natural inclinations as a healer, my approach to giving a reading is generally based on two ‘principles’:

1)    I ask that all information that comes through be for the individual’s utmost and highest good and that it come through all in divine perfect time and order.
2)    I set the intention to be a clear channel for the individual so that such information is received exactly as it is meant to.

I have a high degree of ethics in my practice, placing integrity and “highest good” for you, the individual, at the forefront. I always encourage you to trust your own instincts first and foremost, then beyond that, use the information that I provide, to assist you in better understanding, and hopefully furthering you on your path.

I hadn’t realized until recently, that my energy as a healer is often what comes through when I read people. I always set a sacred space when I read someone, purely to ground the energies and to have a clearer space to work within.

Separate from my readings, I have been told that I have a way of making people feel calm and relaxed—almost like a human sedative (it MUST be the healer in me)! So in a way, I have learned to appreciate that ability, as it can make reading someone much easier.

Generally, I see images when I initially start to pick up information on someone. Shortly thereafter, I empath what you (or the person/situation of interest) are feeling, thereby painting a clearer picture of what’s happening. I am a very visual person (as I am also an artist) and much of the information that I receive comes through as visual cues.

I also hear words and am especially connected with sound (as part of my work as a healer utilizes my voice and vocal toning). I do my best to relay the “message” exactly as it comes through, because even though I may not always be clear on what They (my Guides and Your Guides) mean, the point is that you understand what They mean.

More than just offering bits of information, however, I also enjoy assisting on how to best navigate any given area of your life. It is almost like aiding in strategic planning—seeing what options are available and selecting the path geared toward the most desirable outcome (and as always, in your highest good).

In terms of utilizing the tarot… I enjoy reading the cards, though I do not always use them. Much of the time, I have found that the tarot merely serves as a vessel to either keep my hands busy and/or to point out other pieces of the puzzle. More often than not, the tarot serves to confirm what I had just intuited and shared.

I do my best to relay messages while also assisting you in understanding the information, as well as the interconnectedness of it all. My goal, as a psychic/healer, is to assist in nurturing and nourishing you so that you leave your session feeling that you have truly gained something during our time together.

Even if a situation appears hopeless, I am here to assist in seeing beyond the supposed “end point” and into the deeper journey—into the heart of the matter. We have an infinite number of potential paths and options in life, it is my honor and my passion to Serve as a Guide in navigating through such pathways. We all have our individual journeys on this planet–even out in the ether… this is mine.

When people meet me they are, generally, a bit perplexed. Some see the Starchild, others see an “old soul” or, the Earthchild. Many psychics see the High Priestess in me, others see nothing more than what their eyes behold. I feel most comfortable in the cosmos, with the stars and the spiraling vortexes of the Infinite. I am embracing and enjoying my time on Earth now. I still have my moments of “spaciousness”. In fact, throughout my childhood and teen years I often referred to myself as an “alien”–my family and friends can attest to this.

I feel more at home than a lot of StarBeings that I’ve met and far less comfortable in my human form than many Earth-bound beings. I guess you could say that I’m in the middle–that’s actually been [another] a long running theme in my life, “middle ground”. Find the balance and/or the compromise–it’s no surprise that I’m a Libra rising, but that’s an entirely different story altogether.

So often, I’ve met “extremists”. Even in the spiritual community there are people who are so heavily fixated on “Spirit” that they ignore the blessing and beauty of being Human. We chose these bodies, these lives and this planet for a reason! why would you work so hard on leaving your vessel? I understand the allure of wanting to be in pure Spirit form, to be wandering the in the ether… free and unencumbered by a 3D body–I have gone through this myself and am actively aware that my focus is on Unity Consciousness. This concept of Unity Consciousness though, truly starts from the inside out. It is only through Re-Union and the Re-Claiming of Body and Soul that we are able to more effectively join together in “mass” Unity Consciousness.

It took me a while to resolve and understand this delicate balance but I’ve realized that once I was able to truly reclaim myself–mind, body and soul–it suddenly became much more of a rhythmic momentum, rather than a disjointed juggling act.

It does take work–I will tell you this much. Understanding the balance in being committed and dedicated to your own Soul nourishment through activities such as active meditation and self-energy work (or whatever your chosen method of “Soul/Spirit work” may be) combined with a healthy respect for your Human form/body by properly nourishing, nurturing and exercising (and we’re not talking hours in the gym here!) are decent places to start.

It can be so easy to focus solely on one aspect or another–all Spirit or all Human–that “the balance” becomes a blur and we often have to “check-in” with ourselves… which, frankly, is VERY healthy! I check-in with myself, friends and/or peers… that’s why we have each other!

In the end it’s all a dance… and I enjoy the happy medium of Be-ing the eternal Spirit Dancer. The God/Goddess within, celebrating and embracing this dance, this Divine Union of Earth and Cosmos. My Guides (and, with all due respect, my Spirit) have been really wonderful in providing me with visual cues to utilize in my daily meditations. As we grow, evolve and transform, I feel that it’s only natural that your practices follow suit.

Once you recognize the miracle With-In, it becomes purely second nature to recognize the miracle With-Out… and You Are that Miracle, Dear Ones… We All Are… and I AM.

What “comfort in discomfort” means is exactly how it sounds. A person, who has been so “accustomed” to feeling sad, lonely, depressed, angry, etc becomes essentially comfortable with the “pain”. It’s almost as though “pain” or “negativity” has become the identity of the individual so much so that they can no longer even fathom the idea of life being anything other than what it is.

This is such a significant pattern that people get looped into they don’t even realize it half of the time… mostly because they are just that unconscious/unaware. It’s a vicious cycle but once you get to the root of it, you can shift and release those behaviors once and for all. Take charge, make change–no matter how big or small! Any action is better than no action! (So long as it’s not life-threatening! lol)

We were not put on this planet to suffer. We did not choose to incarnate into these 3D vessels merely for the purpose of experiencing pain only. Pain is present to teach us, to push us to evolve. That’s when the “enough’s enough” pain point/zenith comes in. It’s the voice of the Higher Self taking charge and saying, “I am done with this way of existing, I am ready to live!”

The ego mind will (try to) trick you into creating excuses as to why you can’t or shouldn’t push past the pain point and jump on the boat to pleasure island. For example:

It’s too difficult/hard.
I don’t have time to for this.
No matter how hard I try I’ll never stop feeling this way.
It’s too expensive, I can’t possibly afford to pay for this.
My spouse/partner won’t like it if changed.

Sit and ask yourself… ARE YOU SERIOUS??? Whatever your reasons are (and hey, they may have some validity), stop and try to work with and/or around these reasons. If it’s worrying about having the time, TAKE THE TIME–isn’t your soul worth it? Aren’t YOU worth it? Start to prioritize your time–you’ll be amazed at how much more you can accomplish once you know how you’re spending your time.

If it’s finances, ask yourself “Ok, how much will this cost? Where can I start saving money here and there to set aside for this?” Putting aside $5 or even $1 is a good place to start–it’s putting forth the intention to invest into YOU that counts most. If you can’t put $1 aside here and there to invest into YOU, kind of like saving up for a pair of shoes or that really great jacket you’ve always wanted, then what you’re really saying is that you’re simply not ready for it and/or it really isn’t a priority in your life (yet)–which is ok! So long as you are clear and you’re not merely creating excuses to avoid the work!

We have all been there one time or another–don’t let your comfort in dis-comfort stop you from evolving. Don’t allow INDIFFERENCE to rule your life because I promise you it will get HARDER the longer you wait. Yes, I do believe that there is a Divine Time and Order to everything but you can start NOW… Do you want to know how? Are you ready for this? Are you sure???

Ok… here’s the BIG SECRET… BREATHE.

Take deep, meaningful breaths and you’ll notice changes taking place. Yes, there are different breathing techniques that you can do to start working with your Chi/Qi/Ki and whatnot, but this free, readily available resource is accessible at any time!

Do your best to observe your behavior, ask yourself what works and what doesn’t work in your life and/or for you. Start writing, start journaling and peeling away the layers that make-up who you are… start asking yourself what you want to create in your life and go for it. Don’t settle for discomfort, don’t get lazy because you’re worth it!

Part of the Ascension process is an awakening… yes, I realize that many of you reading this are rolling your eyes thinking “Duh!”. However, there are still individuals who have not heard of the Ascension–if they have, they only know of it as “the Earth changes/etc”… even those of us who are aware of the Ascension process may experience varying degrees of Soul Urgency as part of our own evolutionary/transformational/recalibrating process. After all, we do not live in a vacuum and even the most highly evolved Masters understand that one must also be the Eternal Student.

Soul Urgency is the Higher Self’s way of communicating with us, urging us to evolve. It sometimes comes on severely, other times it can be almost subliminal. I often receive messages from people who either follow my blog, my FB Page or were referred to me through a friend or client… these messages are almost always like this:

“OMG! HELP! I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO!…”

Of course it goes into much more detail, but that is often the tone of the emails/messages. The truth is, it takes much more dedication and commitment to truly jump to “the next level”… before reaching outward, really ask yourself: “How much am I truly ready and willing to commit to ME? How much am I truly ready and willing to commit to MY PATH? My own happiness?”

If your Soul has been pushing you and pushing you to the point where you can’t take the “pain push” any longer–your only option from there is… JUMP. What, really, do you have to lose? Other than dropping the “baggage” and the “pain”–what could you POSSIBLY have to lose? What is stopping you from honoring and following the urging of YOUR OWN HEART AND SOUL?

In the long-run, how much is YOUR life worth to you? How much are you INVESTED in You? Trust me, I have been there! If you are willing and ready, the Universe provides–we simply need to be open and willing to allowing that possibility potential to flow! It has been proven to me time and time again, that if I am willing, ready and open, the Universe DOES intervene and provide a way. I first had to say to myself “I am worth it and I am worthy.”

It takes consistency and commitment to fully implement a shift and a change in your life and your way of being. Yes, there are very simple and basic steps (and, of course there are also some more sophisticated steps–sometimes LOL) in the process but just like anything else, it IS a process. You wouldn’t just go to a gym, bust out an hour of cardio and expect your body to run like a well-oiled machine straight off the bat, would you? Then how can you expect your Soul health to respond like a champ after your first shot at meditation?

Consistency. It’s not difficult to build consistency and momentum in terms of strengthening your Soul health but it does take practice and above all, willingness. Own yourself, heed the call of your Soul and take steps, however big or small, toward your True Soul Self. Namaste’

I am at the tail end of it–in fact, I feel that I’ve just completed my “old life” collapse process.

My intention and focus has been to generate a steady, strong and growing momentum of energy ushering in the expansiveness of the New Earth. Of course, part of that are the goals/visions/etc that I am manifesting in my own life. I recognize, at this point, that I’m beyond the point of collapse and that I am in the building phase of the new dimension/reality of my path.

What this all means is… don’t panic. Don’t “spin out” if you’ve started to notice that walls are crumbling, relationships are coming to a close and/or even your “stuff” is literally falling apart. This is truly part of the process. If you have been working on a path of self-awareness/self-evolution, it is completely necessary for your “old life” and your “old way of being” to come to an end. Any outdated systems, relationships, things, etc that no longer resonate with your “new life” and no longer serve you/your highest good, will simply fall by the wayside… let it.

This does not mean that ALL of your relationships will fall apart–nor does it mean that if a relationship is coming to a close, that specific person will NEVER be part of your life again. All this means, all that I am saying, is that you are evolving, your life and your path are ready to be embraced… embrace it!

Be excited about the limitlessness of possibility potential in your life NOW. Yes, you must also take tangible ACTION–we do, after all, exist also within the 3D realm! However, use your manifestation skills and your connection with the 5D to assist in SHAPING the expansion… the NEW EARTH… your NEW LIFE.

Remember that in order to build a new structure on the same plot of land, the old structure must be demolished and swept clean/clear. The energy shifts we’ve been experiencing and the frequencies available to us now are truly here to support our growth and to be used to propel us FORWARD and into a prosperous, abundant and limitless future… and… the future is now!
